I had to return the hire car this morning, but we haven't managed to get our new car yet. So, we're carless, which was careless of me (geddit?). The people at International Autos were lovely and efficient while they were selling you a car, but once you're committed, they take about 2 days to answer each email.
And I think I've done everything, and they say "We'll send you the contract tomorrow." And I say "How long will it take to get here? Can you send it quickly?" and there's a chance that the contract will get here before the email reply.
